@IRCTCofficial you have to change your IP blocking policy during Tatkal. I tried booking as soon as Tatkal opened and my money was also deducted at 10:01 using irctc pay and transaction was accepted but tickets were not issued. Then you guys blocked my IP

@AJIOLife you send wrong color product and then state that item is non returnable and do not accept return. Your chat agent keeps pointing to TC to state that item is not returnable. But does not understand that wrong product was shipped?

Please have the tech team look at all the parcels not delivered by the dsp/ agent. They will all have delivery attempted record created within few minutes of each other from the same gps location.

@amazonIN ur delivery agents and DSP are cheating the customers, Amazon and 3p websites using AMZL. For last 2 days agent calls around 10 pm and disconnects in a ring just to create delivery attempted record. If you pickup call then they do not answer and try another one later.

This has happened twice in 3 weeks now. One with AMZN order 403-2229447-1466712 Christmas gift which was not delivered and now with 3P website order with tracking number 366360016571. Earlier on rare occasion if it happened then next morning order was delivered but now i doubt.
