My spouse is in India and her biometric is pending. All centers are closed. Am getting closer to the last day(90) days. If I remove her from PR application will my score recalculated? my Ielts expired after POA.. pls help..

I've received ITA Feb 14,
submitted and AOR on Mar 15. biometric request for spouse on Mar 25.
Due to personal reasons planned not to accompany my spouse. If I remove my spouse, will the points only deducted or recalculated? My IELTS expired after AOR.
