Yet again, this is a classic example of poor customer service. Simply because I raised a high-visibility ticket, I received a call from the manager at Bridgestone. He asked about the issue, and after I explained it, he requested that I bring the vehicle in for a diagnosis. When I mentioned that I live quite far away and would need to plan the visit, he seemed more interested in closing the ticket than resolving the problem. What kind of customer service is this? @jagograhakjago #tvs #tvsiqube
@tvsmotorcompany@tvs_motors@jagograhakjago Hello,
I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue regarding my TVS iQube, purchased in March 2024. I chose TVS based on its reputation, brand value, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience over the last year has been extremely disappointing.
Within a year of ownership, I started noticing a significant drop in the vehicle's range. I promptly reported this issue to the authorized service center on three separate service visits. On each occasion, I clearly explained the problem and even requested the technician to personally test ride the vehicle to verify the issue. However, every time I was simply told that it was a software/firmware-related error and that an update would resolve it.
Despite repeated assurances, the issue was never properly diagnosed, investigated, or resolved.
It is important to note that this vehicle has been used very sparingly and has covered only approximately 6,000 km over more than two years of ownership. I have also followed recommended battery care practices, including:
• Avoiding charging the battery to 100% unnecessarily • Avoiding deep discharge below 10% • Maintaining responsible charging habits
Despite this careful usage, the vehicle now delivers only around 45 km on a full charge, which is far below expected performance. In addition, I am facing the following issues:
• The ignition occasionally fails to turn on and requires 2–3 attempts before the vehicle starts. • The display frequently shows the warning: “Vehicle performance is reduced! It can still be driven.” • The overall vehicle performance and reliability have deteriorated significantly.
What is most concerning is that these symptoms were reported multiple times while the issue was developing, yet the service center repeatedly dismissed my concerns without conducting a meaningful inspection or attempting a proper resolution.
If TVS is unwilling to take responsibility for battery-related issues, then it raises a serious question: why advertise battery warranties and make commitments to customers that are not honored in practice?
At this stage, I am requesting the following:
Immediate escalation of this case to the highest level of technical and customer service management.
A comprehensive technical inspection of the battery and vehicle by a qualified technical team.
A battery replacement under warranty if the battery health is found to be degraded or defective.
A written explanation as to why my complaints on three separate service visits were ignored without proper diagnosis.
Please note that I do not wish to be directed back to the same service center with generic instructions. I have already visited the service center three times and received no meaningful assistance, diagnosis, or resolution. Simply asking me to revisit the service center is not an acceptable solution.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will be compelled to pursue the matter through appropriate legal and consumer grievance channels, including filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I expect a response from a senior representative and a concrete action plan within the next 1 working days.

Despite repeated complaints from residents, the condition of Komagatta Road continues to worsen. The entire stretch is now riddled with massive potholes, craters, loose debris, and uneven surfaces, making it extremely dangerous for commuters. During rains, these hazards become hidden under water, significantly increasing the risk of accidents.
This is no longer merely an inconvenience it is a public safety crisis. Numerous accidents have occurred on this road, and the negligence has already contributed to the loss of a life. How many more accidents and fatalities will it take before the authorities act?
Adding to the problem, the footpaths are completely occupied by street hawkers, forcing pedestrians onto the road. Even when temporary eviction drives are conducted, the encroachments return within hours, exposing the lack of effective enforcement.
It is deeply ironic that Bengaluru continues to market itself as a “Smart City” while residents are forced to navigate roads that resemble disaster zones and footpaths that are unusable. The condition of Komagatta Road is a glaring example of civic apathy and administrative failure.
I am lodging this formal complaint and demanding immediate intervention, permanent road repairs, strict action against encroachments, and accountability from the concerned authorities. Residents deserve safe roads, safe footpaths, and basic civic infrastructure & not empty promises.

This appears to be a much larger scam that needs to be thoroughly investigated. I am confident that more victims will come forward and share their experiences. An FIR should be filed, and those responsible must be held accountable. Such behavior is unacceptable and points to what seems like an organized racket that cannot be allowed to continue unchecked.
This is a classic video that highlights humanity at its best, someone stepping forward to help another in need. At the same time, the incident raises concerns about animal cruelty. However, it may have been a difficult situation to assess, especially if the animal was rabid & not letting go, leaving those involved with very limited options in the moment!
We do not support the salary hike. At a time when resources are limited and competing priorities are immense, it’s difficult to justify substantially increasing compensation for those already among the better paid public officials..
The bigger issue is how public money is allocated. Investments in infrastructure, defense, public healthcare, education, and critical services create long-term value and strengthen the country’s foundations. Those are areas where taxpayers should expect meaningful and measurable outcomes.
Simply arguing for salaries in isolation misses the point. The focus should be on responsible spending, accountability, and directing resources toward priorities that deliver the greatest benefit to citizens.

Before you post shit verify the authenticity firstly yes that’s milk but that’s not India it’s Bangladesh!
Some context:
People in Bangladesh (often traditional milk checkers or street vendors) dip their fingers into milk before buying to test its freshness, density, and purity. Instead of using modern equipment at local markets, they rely on traditional, sensory-based methods.
