i waited for 15min to pass that crossing with no traffic.

yesterday i faced same issue around 5:15pm.
after reaching i waited for 5 minutes and after i started to make video. so, video is of 7 minutes.

kindly provide sop which has to followed by railway crossing operator
this is really really unfare
