Had to stay very long n do multiple calls to get this through with right person for a simple request
This certainly not a best customer service experience
@dbs_care Quick frustrated for bank service interruption is more than 6 hours. What is resolution of action for customers ? Key watching until it’s up ?
What’s is resort for all customers who are unable to make transactions ?

Spoke to your relationship managers, none of as able to resolve it
Get your regional manager to look at it
