@HMRCcustomers My understanding is that where a tax liability is formally disputed and under review, collection action is paused. Please confirm this is HMRCโs approach.
@HMRCcustomers Iโve attempted to contact HMRC multiple times by phone but have been unable to get through due to extended wait times. I have also tried the digital assistant without success. Following a delayed response to my complaint, I am now escalating to Tier 2.
