Yesterday, Apple released iOS 27 Beta 2 🥳

Here's what I noticed soo far:

- Connectivity no longer randomly switches between 5GHz, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and Cellular
- Apps no longer crash
- Siri AI now responds much faster
- Fixed Screenshot cropping
- Partially working, but iPhone Mirroring is still hella buggy
- Improved cellular connectivity speeds
- Low Power Mode is now lag-free across all devices
- Background App Refresh still drains the battery when the iPhone is idle
- The Home & Lock Screen still drain the battery when the iPhone is idle
- Siri AI conversation history does not save unless the app is kept open in the background
- Continuity features are smooth and seamless
- The iPhone is much faster, more responsive, and way smoother
- Writing Tools are back
- "Write with Siri" is now integrated into the keyboard so it shows up across every app
- Spotlight Search is 10x faster now
- Maps no longer lag when in Low Power Mode
- Fixed visual lags and glitches, though minor ones remain in LPM and Low Battery
- General bugs fixed, but battery life is way worse while performance is improved

After a long torment of iron MBP17-2011(TOP), I found the best option - Catalina. With GPU disconnected - Radeon. And without using iCloud (in the background, resources eat wildly) that’s all. Iron is cold. Even AppleTV works on cold.
