I ordered a VEG bowl and was delivered NON-VEG.
Your AI support looped endlessly, gave no option to reach a human, and then issued only a PARTIAL refund.
This is a food safety & trust issue, not a coupon problem. Do better

@zomatocare Appreciate the response, but this needs more than “some time.” Serving non-veg instead of veg is a serious lapse, and the in-app support failure + partial refund made it worse. Please confirm by when I’ll receive a corrective action, not just an “update”
