With some recent experiences -
Medial treatment is not only about feasibility to cute, treat based on the procedures and medicines only.
Feasibility has one more factor - affordability.
Let’s be grateful if we are able to!
Good morning!
Have been into a lot of medical engagements and hospitals lately - and was just pondering: Quite a bit of things in medicine happens to make life more comfortable and not only protecting the body.
Do you agree?

Found one more interesting point of view on this - India is becoming a global leader and power house in fintech. And legacy global platforms and networks feeling the heat of it. The technology is expanding to other countries crossing borders! Let’s look at broader picture!
My personal take on UPI charges:
If I am not wrong, the changes are applicable only if a merchant has more than a lakh worth of total transaction in a month and that too only for transactions above 2000.
Now for all other payment instruments like credit card, net banking etc via a PG we need to anyways pay MDRs and are mostly similar or more than the proposed 0.4%
Even in cash collection, coming from a business family - I can see some secondary cost needed to manage it: like resources to deposit in banks etc.
Am I missing something? Having worked for one of the top UPI apps, I know one cannot make any money even after processing more than billion transactions! So this had to come someday?

Big Breaking 🚨
BRICS Passes Historic Delhi Declaration!
Modi Strikes Big Victory, Ditch US Dollar Hegemony! 🇮🇳
In a massive diplomatic victory for Bharat at the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi, all 11 member nations have unanimously adopted the historic "Delhi Declaration" after intense late-night negotiations. While rumors circulated about a single "BRICS Common Currency," the consensus actually delivered a far more practical and devastating blow to US dollar hegemony: a total push for De-Dollarization through local currency trade and financial interoperability. Spearheaded by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the declaration commits member countries to trade in their national currencies (like the Rupee, Ruble, and Yuan), link cross-border digital payment systems (such as India's UPI and Central Bank Digital Currencies), and bypass Western-dominated payment networks. Netizens are hailing PM Modi’s masterstroke as the foundation for a multipolar financial order that breaks Western economic coercion once and for all.
Heartening to see a good alternate power centre is building up at BRICS!
While world leaders fight for power, growth and control - I have been thinking for humanity, few things needs to be undone and wise all world leaders come along to save our future:
1. Any form of Nuclear or weapons of mass destruction.
2. Shrinking glaciers - this is happening right now and infront of us. It changes everything in future.
3. Overuse and abuse of AI: it’s good, but mass usage for fun and small convenience at what cost?
Let me know what do you think and agree?
What happened in Nepal makes me think about what happening with us around:
1 - Are these just simple natural disasters and triggered by ever ongoing shifts in tectonic plates?
2 - Accelerated disasters by slow and long term man made impact like global warming, causing changes in melting of glaciers.
3- More short term impact from nearby construction and other human activities causing the trigger at the site?
Note - I am not expressing any particular view here, just thoughts.
Just watching news and there is yet another fake cancer medicine racket bust in NCR - selling plain waters for lakhs of rupees in small vials and where a patient is hoping for his life! Similar scam was found recently in Bangalore suburbs also.
Being a first party victim of this for my dad’s medicine - this is beyond humanity and no words are enough for these criminals. It should be treated very much like culmination to murder…

Very interesting new event happened in India politics. These small blips and other factors like the protest and good challenges to deal with. Helps put things grounded across and for everyone?
The entire humanity seems to be in some form of turmoil and going through a restless change.
Wars, geo political tensions, governance issues in multiple nations and crazy race of technology in form of AI and its usage. On top of this I feel general health issues and anxieties have increased after Covid. What do you think?
