और ओडिशा हाईकोर्ट का न्याय देखिए, उसने कागजों में 3,157 दिन की देरी बताकर उस बेकसूर की फाइल ही कूड़े में डाल दी थी। सच में, अगर आप गरीब हैं, तो यह न्याय-व्यवस्था आपके लिए सिर्फ तारीख पे तारीख वाला एक खौफनाक मजाक है!

About 93,000 cases are pending in the Supreme Court, including 10,000 pending for 10 years, 558 pending for over 20 years, and 26 cases pending for 30 years.

About 64 lakh cases are pending in the High Courts, including 80,000 cases that have been pending for over three decades.

Justice delayed is not just justice denied, it is justice abandoned. A case should not take longer than a generation to reach a conclusion. Courts exist to deliver justice, not to preserve pendency statistics.

Judicial reforms are no longer a choice, they are an emergency.

A nation aspiring to become a global power cannot afford a justice system that moves at the speed of decades.

We are the most 'informed' generation in human history. But the absolute worst learners. The bottleneck is not lack of Gurus, but lack of studentship.

Here are 4 mindsets to master the art of learning:

1. No Zero Days

Never let a single day pass without learning, no matter how small. Reading one page is infinitely better than reading zero, and spending ten minutes absorbing a concept is better than abandoning it entirely. Zero isn't just a number; it is a habit, and a bad streak is very difficult to break. Protect your momentum at all costs, because consistency compounds faster than intensity.

2. Study Your Losses

Real growth happens when you systematically analyze your failures rather than only celebrating wins. Magnus Carlsen wouldn't spend hours replaying his checkmates; but obsess over the games he lost. Your mistakes form a personalized syllabus tailored to your weak spots. Something no coaching institute or textbook could design for you. Document your errors, review them relentlessly, and use them as the exact blueprint for your next breakthrough.

3. Sit at the Feet: Ego Has No Place in Learning

True learning requires you to leave your ego at the door and approach knowledge with complete humility. In the Ramayana, when Ravan lay dying, Lord Ram instructed Lakshman to sit not at his head but at Ravan's feet, to receive his wisdom. The moment you say "I already know this," your mind closes. When someone points out your mistake, don't defend yourself. Listen, absorb, and note it down, because while praise satisfies the ego, only discomfort builds mastery.

4. Practice Radical Ownership

Stop blaming bad timing, difficult circumstances, or other people for your setbacks, even when it feels like it wasn't entirely your fault. The truth is, you can only control yourself, your effort, and your actions and not external conditions or other people. When you shift from blaming external factors to taking 100% accountability for every outcome, you gain the power to fix it. Only when you own the blame for your failures do you truly earn the right to own your success.

So this Guru Purnima, stop searching for a Guru.

Look in the mirror and ask yourself: "Am I actually ready to be a student?"

Because when the student is truly ready, the teacher appears. 🙏

A) Orthopaedics seat filled at:
4 marks out of 800.

B) Obstetrics and Gynaecology seat:
44 marks out of 800.

C) General Surgery seat filled at:
47 marks out of 800.

D) Biochemistry:
minus -8 marks out of 800.

E) Transfusion Medicine:
10 marks out of 800.

F) Anatomy:
11 marks out of 800.

G) MS Orthopaedics seat filled at:
1 mark out of 800 in a medical college in Hyderabad.

H) MD Forensic Medicine seat filled at:
12 marks out of 800 in a Govt medical college.

I) MD Pathology seat filled at:
24 marks out of 800 in a Govt medical college.

In NEET-PG 2025, candidates with scores as low as –40 out of 800 were allowed to participate in PG counselling. A negative score was considered qualifying.

These extremely low scores, at which seats were actually allotted, indicate a serious crisis in academic standards. A reasonable minimum qualifying merit must be established to maintain the integrity of medical education and the healthcare system.

Forget about dialogue or discussion. So far, neither the Government nor the Opposition has said a word about this because it does not suit their agenda, and it would affect their vote banks and political interests.

Even those who are protesting today in the name of concerns about the education system are not addressing this issue because they too have political ambitions and know that speaking about it could cost them support rather than gain it.
