@AmazonHelp No, no contact. I reported strange activity on my account 4 and 2 weeks ago and did get a call from your fraud department. Reported again 48 hrs ago and nothing! Raised the issue via your website, no response. Made a call and said I would hear back in 24hrs, still waiting.
