@padhleyaarpinka No they are not women(generally) bcz they lack the physical strength. If women were stronger they would have been trained to be terrorist..jisme taaqat hai uske paas choice hai soldiers ya terrorist banne ki...women lack the capability to have that choice

I studied in a reputed government medical college - on merit. Our library had an “SC-ST Book Bank”. Our friends who belonged to the SC-ST category could borrow books (many books at any one time). They could keep renewing the loan endlessly. In effect, our friend had the books for years.
As for us that were not in the SC-ST category- we were allowed to borrow ZERO books. Yes, you read that right. We could not borrow any books. We could sit in the library and study- that is all.
