@CMDBSNL My complaint # 125256358522 ,I have been sending emails to SDehbg ,finally they sent good engineer but he was unable to log in to the Zhone router as it was implementedby another contractor . I hv been paying broadband bill for the last 2 months without able to use it .

Yesterday MrAbhishek came and tried his best to help me ,but since it is a zhone router he couldn't do anything because this was installed by another contractor Of BSNL which is CIT , as a consumer what am I supposed to do.
