@airindia Air India flight from Delhi to Sydney on 14th June was cancelled and I had 3 days work loss other than cost to rebook. Air india couldn't provide alternate flight within next 48 hours. refund hasn't been processed yet and there is not response on compensation request.

@amazonIN purchased this product but arrived faulty and unusable. Amazon initially confirmed the refund on 17/03, but later denied it despite claim being raised within the return window. This is outright fraud, and both the seller and Amazon have failed to uphold their policies

@cathaypacific your multi city flight booking is a mess. I have been trying to book flights from Sydney to Delhi via Hong Kong for last 1 week with no luck. after completing all required details, it pops up an error that one of the flights are not available and I should re-book.

Internet is unstable since 3rd Nov and it keep dropping every 5-10 minutes. I received at over 10 messages on NBN investigating issues and even confirmation that issue was fixed but no luck so far. It has impacted my work and overall daily schedule.
@Trip Another best example of @trip 's customer service. I received cancellation email at 12:30 PM and just now another expert sent me false promise at 2:17PM that they have urged to issue my ticket asap through some specialist team. Is is not cheating with the customer?

@Trip regarding booking no 21292537705 what pathetic experience with your team. You updated our names incorrectly, I paid to fix $150 to fix it, yet you couldn't get me tickets on time. Your customer support sucks. it must be reported and I need full refund and compensation, both

@Trip Misleading customers is nothing less than a fraud. It was just to drag up-to a point where customer is not left with a choice. I had calld at least 50 times in last 4 days just to get updates and everytime you gave false promises.
@Trip Don't worry. Tickets are cancelled by your expert team and they knew it from the day one. They sent cancellation then confirmation that tickets were active are processing before sending cancellation again a day before scheduled departure. Just process full refund without delay

@Trip Let's see. My flight is tomorrow 9AM, and customer support is asking me to wait until 8 AM tomorrow to receive updated itinerancy. Woww!!! Another person suggesting that it is in control of Airlines and Trip can't help. Surprisingly I received an email on cancellation as well.
