The bad faith here, the thing that's gross, is trying to slip in this insane idea that the only way Texas Tech can support Sorsby's fight against addiction is putting him on the field at QB. Strikes me as a mockery of mental illness for their own cynical ends
Texas judge Ken Curry said Brendan Sorsby would suffer “irreparable harm” if he wasn’t allowed to play for Texas Tech.
Yeah, that’s exactly the point, you dummy. Good job ruining the integrity of sports.

Love Rutledge as a personality and scheme fit for the Texans.
Interested to see if he stays at G or moves to C but really like the pick. Got tough decisions on the IOL for the first time in forever.
Trade up was a little pricey but seems like 49ers needed to be jumped
Well deserved. Easy extension to make. If it started this year the cap % would be the same as the Parsons extension was last year, but the extension doesn’t kick in until 2028.
Love that Casserole gets ahead of extensions for our top players to ensure they stick around long term
BREAKING: The #Texans and All-Pro DE Will Anderson Jr. have agreed to a contract extension that makes him the highest paid non-QB in football, surpassing Micah Parsons.
It's a 3-year, $150M extension with $100M fully guaranteed — that’s $50M per year. A new standard has been set.
I see so many posts and get so many questions about the Texans trading up but remember this. Will Anderson, CJ Stroud, Kamari Lassiter are all getting big extensions to go with a big deal for Stingley and a potential increase for Nico. I didn't even mention Bullock who should get another deal as well. They need their picks to help balance out the salary cap vs. the rising costs for 2nd contracts.
8m Apy not bad. Bet GTD money makes it possible to move on after 1 year.
Good vet signing. Need a rookie to learn behind him and prep to take over next year
The #Texans have agreed to terms on a two-year deal with G Wyatt Teller, sources tell me and @RapSheet. A three-time Pro Bowler with the #Browns, Teller finds a new home in Houston.
