His body is covered in infection, two legs might have to be amputated from abuse, the dog smells like death and might not survive. There should be criminal charges against both you fucking murderers. California Democrats are making residents pay taxes on taxes

Take the gas tax: The state adds their 63.4 cents per gallon tax, then AFTER this tax is applied to the total per gallon, cities add their own gas tax. So you are paying taxes on the taxes already added to a gallon of gas

Example:

- The cost of a gallon of gas is $6
- California state applies: 63.4 cents in tax
- Now the gallon is $6.34 per gallon
- Instead of local cities applying their own, say 5.5% tax on the 6 per gallon like they should, they tax the 5.5% on the full $6.34 per gallon price

So you are literally paying taxes on taxes
