The incorrect item was collected on 22 May, and I have still not received the replacement or any update. Please escalate this matter and arrange for someone to contact me regarding the status of my replacement.

It has now been more than a week, and I have neither received the replacement nor any update regarding its status. This is quite disappointing, especially since the issue was caused by receiving the wrong product in the first place.

The worst experience I ever had from the Delhivery team.
My package was out for delivery on 13th February. Then changed to 14th, and now its showing 15th.
The update showing, unable to reach me.But nobody contacted me for the same.
@MerrillSimendy@OlaElectric@bhash When we are booking complaints, nobody contacting us for the service. If we call them they are saying There is no service persons available for home visit, and forcing us to go to the service centre.
The company is only concerned about sales and the support is became worst.
