A woman was driving toward me this morning & could have conceivably hit me so I shot her. There was no reason to believe she would intentionally hit me. She was driving with her wife & had been following traffic rules. She even stopped to wave another pedestrian through the cross walk. But what’s important is that she *could* have hit me, & I’m ICE, so I was allowed to shoot her, just in case.
