Congratulations to Hon. Justice Warsame Abdullahi Mohamed on his nomination for the office of judge of the Supreme Court of Kenya. We have watched his judicial journey from the High Court to the Court of Appeal and his service in the JSC. This nomination affirms the place of hard work and merit in our constitutional architecture.

As we head into a defining season for our democracy, the country needs a Supreme Court anchored on fidelity to the Constitution, courage in the face of pressure and an unwavering commitment to justice. I am confident that Justice Warsame will bring to the apex court the same clarity of thought and steadfastness he has shown throughout his career.
