@Carolyn_Morgan2@itsmestevieee The evidence presented at the inquest was quite specific, there was only no evidence of foul play found upon examination of Noah’s body. However the broader circumstances suggest otherwise but seem to have received little attention.
@Tildaraine17@79gunrunner@TweetNotPost True and this is where he was last seen heading towards the culvert, behind the first house on the left where the full gable is shown. Noah was never seen alive thereafter.
@Tildaraine17@TweetNotPost@79gunrunner The eye witness and video evidence show him heading towards it where he could enter it. Nothing shows him thereafter and no other access was possible without a set lifting keys which are extremely rare. The pathologist does agree that he had a head injury but it was not fatal.
@TweetNotPost@Tildaraine17@79gunrunner She also stood by her statement of no evidence of foul play based on her examination of Noah in the final autopsy report a month later and also nearly six years later during the inquest about 5 minutes in and no evidence to the contrary has emerged.

@TweetNotPost@Tildaraine17@79gunrunner Looking back, this is as I remember:
“A forensic medical officer first examined Noah Donohoe's body at the scene in the Translink train yard on June 27, 2020. Dr Marjorie Turner, the pathologist who carried out the post-mortem examination, viewed Noah's body shortly thereafter.”
@KateDon67751469 No need. You’ve now got all the information the inquest jury has access to so you will not be surprised now by their conclusion on the issues covered. Unfortunately the critical conclusion is still up in the air, which is how the path to #JusticeforNoahDonohoe can be achieved.
@Tildaraine17@79gunrunner@TweetNotPost This is the final element your pics to be concluded by the inquest, how Noah actually accessed the storm drain area.
@Tildaraine17@79gunrunner@TweetNotPost Interesting. Can you provide a link to a source to confirm this and the time? The video @TweetNotPost linked above around midday just after Noah was found and pathologically examined is the earliest I’ve heard that there was no evidence of foul play. As a slight aside, any since?
@KateDon67751469 Your figure of 950m is not without significance. It is the total length of the field drain from the culvert entrance behind Northwood Road to where it discharges into the tidal sea water in Belfast Lough. #JusticeForNoahDonohoe
@michelle290272@FIONADONOHOE2 Not entirely untrue. Your B shows the entrance to the railway depot. The location of the manhole was much further into the depot along the route of the storm drain highlighted and shown as B here.
@KateDon67751469 The evidence presented to the ongoing inquest has been quite specific where Noah entered the field drain and where he was found.

@KateDon67751469@Barneyhen That is not what the pathologist told the #JusticeForNoahDonohoe inquest back in March as was widely reported at the time as in this article.

@ManusSinead True the focus has not been on where he was found. However it is clear that he did not enter the drain within the fenced off and secured NI Railway depot. He would have entered the drain outwith the depot. Hence the focus is on where he entered the storm drain and was last seen.
@KateDon67751469 Interesting to know what you consider as evidence. My view is the four items I mentioned are evidence items, as should be presented to the inquest jury for consideration. Can you point to any items you consider as evidence or have seen any examples for Noah’s case?
