07 - Design + Motion Direction
We define the visual style colors, typography, 3D/illustration style, composition, and motion language.

08 - Scene Animation
Now we bring each scene to life with clean and smooth animation.

05 - Project Kickoff
We have a kickstart call and collect assets needed: script, logo, brand guidelines, references, footage, images, etc.

06 - Script + Storyboard
We finalize the script and turn it into scene-by-scene storyboard that tells the story and converts.

03 - Proposal + Scope
I send the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, revisions, pricing, and payment terms.

04 - Contract + Upfront
Client approves → contract is signed → upfront is paid → project officially starts.
