Oneplus 12 esim support was misguided to customer. its been 25 days submitted my device till now refund not received and no answer by oneplus. Very bad after sale service.

@OnePlus_IN Finger print sensor in buggy. Others can unlock my phone using their fingerprint. This is a big security issue. Please fix it as soon as possible.
