Wrote a post about my issue with @Flipkart @flipkartsupport today.
I received a call from the flipkart support and they did what they are expert at doing rescheduled the pickup to 31 august . First I have been told to wait until 28 august now 31 august .

What to do now ❓

I had bought a led bulb from @Flipkart and bulb came defective .
It is not glowing at the light it should be .

It was delivered at 20 august 2026 .
I returned it on same day.
Today is 29 august 2026 . No pickup has been done yet .

8 days and pickup is not being scheduled yet

Extremely disappointed with Flipkart’s handling of my order. I ordered Nike shoes on 13 Aug; today is 26 Aug—14 days later and still undelivered.

Promised delivery was 22 Aug, later changed to 25 Aug; both dates have passed.

This is no longer just a delay—it is a complete failure of tracking, communication and customer
