@airtransat My family and I won't be able to travel this year so the credit won't work for me ! What else can we do ? We spent around 8k ! If we don't get a refund. I will no longer travel with your airline. At least other airlines are going full refund ! What a bad company !

@airtransat just want to say that we will no longer booked vacations package with you guys anymore. We always go on vacations twice a year and spend around 8k per vacation. So sad that they wouldn't let me reschedule our trip to Mexico that we have at the end of the month.
