The great Harold Ellis is finally retiring aged 94. I doubt he ever took a formal teaching qualification but to me he was the best. I count myself lucky to have worked for him. Thoroughly decent, generous and kind @RCSnews@RCSEd@rcpsglasgow@ASiTofficial@RouleauxClub
This Conservative government made unforced errors that proved catastrophic for national and household finances.
Yet they’re clear that they are worth £10K/day whilst NHS staff are being ‘unrealistic’ to ask for a decent pay settlement.

Today got to say ‘Thank You’ to the amazing staff at Homerton ICU for looking after me when I was so ill. Amazing hospital! So pleased to see us, (lots of photos taken) a few tears from the staff so,so grateful to so many people, they truly did save me life. @NHSHomerton
@IAmJericho Are 7 potential deaths or ICU admissions or 7 people with irreversible lung damage for the rest of their lives even if they survive not enough? Not to mention those they would spread the virus to. I’m an ICU doctor, seen people die from COVID. this tweet is reckless. Do better
fines should be imposed on the many people who travel via TFL and who are not bothering to wear mandatory face masks? very frustrating that nobody is taking the risk of an impending 2nd peak of COVID19 seriously and neither social distancing/wearing masks @TfL@metpoliceuk
@SadiqKhan there needs to be more stringent measures in place to ensure public are wearing face coverings on transport. Loads aren’t, as a frontline worker this is frustrating. It’s only effective with max compliance
