The UK has just witnessed a solar eclipse.
Which reminds me of Snow White, the princess of the cosmos.
Did you know that this fairytale is cosmic?

The wicked witch is the faint Milky Way, who is jealous of Snow white - the brilliant snow white Moon.

The seven dwarves are the seven planets, who follow the Moon in a long line along the ecliptic.

The wicked witch pulled a corset around Snow White, which made the snow white Moon get thinner and thinner. This is the waning Moon. The witch continued, until the snow white Moon died, giving the dark and dead New Moon.

But Helios the Sun-prince met and kissed snow white Moon, during a solar eclipse. And the seemingly dark and dead Moon came back to life. And she swelled up, as if pregnant. (Note: the Sun and Moon can only kiss during a solar eclipse.)

@bryan_johnson Just do the reality test - follow the regiment for 8-12 weeks and get the data. That's the only way to fully put this to rest, all else is conjecture.

All this is still under the assumption that diet is the cause. The variety of factors at play here are not fully understood
