@Tesco can you please tell me where I can make a complaint about a member of staff who is behaving vindictively towards me and my family

[Ellie Bevan @vodka4mum]

@LidlGB I mean I'd like a refund of the £16 I spent. I can return most of it

[Ellie Bevan @vodka4mum]

@LidlGB bought a bottle of your Rachmaninoff vodka today... and it tastes weird, strange taste and weird aftertaste... care to explain?

[Ellie Bevan @vodka4mum]

@LidlGB Again, you have supposedly done this before. Yet nothing changes. Perhaps it needs a new branch manager.

[Ellie Bevan @vodka4mum]

@LidlGB what a surprise... Bishops Cleeve branch, joined the queue at 11.55am, paid at 12.27pm... has to be a record! I have photo proof of how bad it was!

[Ellie Bevan @vodka4mum]

@LidlGB 3 times in a month I've raised his, and it just seems to be getting worse. Yesterday I watched a man who had ice in his trolley have to replace it

[Ellie Bevan @vodka4mum]

@LidlGB A week later and it's worse @lidl

[Ellie Bevan @vodka4mum]

@LidlGB if you aren't going to staff your Bishop's Cleeve store, or employ managers who will support tills, please add some self service tills. No matter what time you shop in there the queue to pay are absolutely ridiculous. Cheaper price aren't worth the wait time to pay

[Ellie Bevan @vodka4mum]

@LidlGB It won't make a difference, the till person yesterday said the managers won't support. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

[Ellie Bevan @vodka4mum]

@Tesco I sent a message that hasn't been responded to

[Ellie Bevan @vodka4mum]

@Tesco if your staff in the Bishops Cleeve branch spent less time stood chatting, there wouldn't be till queues to the back of the shop... A 20 minute wait to pay for shopping at 16.45 on a Monday is not acceptable
