@GergelyOrosz Everything above 3 months for the employee is considered to be pretty offensive in tech, nowadays. Changing it for a Tech Lead position doesn’t seem reasonable?

@GergelyOrosz If an employer tries to deviate from these notice periods, it is usually always to the employer’s benefit only. 6 months was something that companies did for quite some time (also in the form of “3 months to the end of a quarter”)

@AlexJonesax This is an interesting point: how much money do you want to spend constantly for the guarantee that one node can take another node's entire workload. This probably means you're talking about 50% allocated, regardless of the actual usage? /1
