@UC_Assist @urbancompany_UC @UC_Assist i Recommend not to do any kind of service from these guys for electronic appliances as for any electronic issues these guys wont take responsilibty also. My ACs PCB was damaged by technician and they wont even take responsilibility.

@urbancompany_UC you guys are just worst when your service engineers dont how to service then why are you doing it ? I serviced my ac on 20th April dont know what engineer did , there was issue with cooling and I booked service again on 28th April and engineers came on 2nd May.

@UC_Assist I have been denied by customer service for repairing PCB under warranty. Its worst service first I pay 650 for service which is not even completed and wrong report uploaded and now UC is just dogging then paying for the fault they have done.

Then why I am being told the service in not under warranty is that my issue? Why should I pay for your service engineer not doing there duty properly? How this is customer service?
I will recommend not book any service and especially electronic. Worst company ever

@urbancompany_UC scamster company. I had booked AC service on 20th April Engineer visited and did service. Had issue with cooling so booked re visit on 28th April and engineer visited on 2nd May, enginer checked that PCB is having issues and might need replcament.

@RelianceGenIn @policybazaar is also scamming they are saying we have emailed Reliance but as of now I have no response from them. Just damn tired of customer service. @RelianceGenIn when customer is chasing you can I get response. We have a family and facing incovienience because of this.
