1) contribute (either time or $) to a political campaign or non-profit;
2) complete a civics test;
3) paid tax receipt.
Token gives the right to vote, petition, poll, discuss, etc.

@jamiequint That's correct. While radical Dems shifted far left, ultimately becoming the Socialist Party, the Conservatives shifted to the center, pretty much adopting the Moderate Democratic platform from 30 years ago. The far-right movement would be advocating for social program cuts, etc.
