I was having dinner with my family at Mellow Terrace in Bahria. My mother found a piece of glass in her food. When we complained the manager casually asked “what can we do about it?”
I don’t have to explain to you the seriousness of this situation. Swallowing glass can cause SERIOUS internal damage.

PKR 400,000 and total abuse of power at LDA Sports Complex Gulberg
I am forced to post here because public institutions in Lahore seem to think they are above accountability.
Late July, I paid PKR 400,000 for a family membership. What we encountered was appalling. Filthy shower areas with human feces, broken equipment, and an extreme privacy violation where a member was actively taking videos of the pool when my wife was in it while lifeguards and staff stood by and did nothing. My wife had to stand up for herself and make her delete the footage.
We withdrew our application in early August. Management officially approved a full PKR 400,000 refund with zero deductions in writing over WhatsApp.
It has been over two and a half months. Where is our money?
When we met Deputy Director in his office, instead of taking responsibility, he tried to coerce us. From what I understand he implied our refund would take 1 to 2 days if I deleted my Google review, and threatened that refusing would lead to a dragged-out inquiry or forcing our membership through so we get zero refund.
Since when is a public official allowed to hold a citizen's money hostage to protect their online reputation? Why is management harassing victims of privacy violations instead of fixing their complex?
We are going to be taking legal action. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from this place.

🚨 MG MOTOR PAKISTAN & TPL INSURANCE — I DESERVE ANSWERS
I am sharing my experience with my 2025 MG plug-in hybrid vehicle because I believe customers deserve transparency when it comes to expensive repairs and warranty claims.
My vehicle suddenly stopped starting, and the dealership diagnosed an HV battery failure. Despite having approximately seven years of battery warranty remaining, MG Pakistan rejected my warranty claim and classified the vehicle as an accidental case.
MG later informed me that the HV battery had been damaged due to a “deep impact” and shared photographs and a video as supporting evidence.
However, the material provided appears to show the outer protective assembly of the battery. It does not clearly show damage to the battery cells or explain how the reported impact caused the battery failure.
During my personal visit to the workshop, I was also informed by the mechanics that there was no visible physical impact or damage to the battery itself.
So my question is simple:
Where is the technical evidence proving that the battery itself was damaged by impact?
The financial implications are enormous.
I have been informed that replacing a battery component may cost around PKR 16.5 lakh, while replacement of the complete battery could cost approximately PKR 55 lakh.
Before I am expected to bear such a massive repair cost, I believe I deserve clear answers:
• Where is the detailed technical report showing actual battery damage?
• What proves that the reported impact caused the battery failure?
• Which specific warranty clause has been used to reject my claim?
• Why have I not been given a comprehensive technical explanation?
• Will MG Pakistan reassess my case and coordinate with TPL Insurance for a fair resolution?
I am not asking for special treatment.
I am asking for transparency, technical evidence and a fair assessment under the warranty terms.
A customer’s investment deserves protection. A warranty deserves a fair assessment. And every customer deserves answers.
MG Pakistan and TPL Insurance, I request a formal response and a clear resolution.

K-Electric: Paying customers punished for others' theft
Our building in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 14, Karachi, had its power cut by KE's Recovery Department because of unpaid bills and electricity theft in a neighboring building on the same PMT. This is the third time, and each time we have been without electricity for 2-3 days.
Our bills are fully cleared and we hold a Star Customer badge, yet we are the ones suffering.
When we called, the billing and technical departments refused to register a complaint and told us to fill out the feedback form on the KE website. We have submitted it, but we want to know if anyone else in the area is facing the same problem.
K-Electric please respond and share a resolution timeline.

Nearly Lost Control Because of This!
Today, 21 October 2026, my car hit this dangerous, poorly marked open pit on Noor Jahan Road, Gulberg, badly damaging the tyre.
A few wooden planks and a stick in the middle of a busy road are not a safety barrier. This could easily have caused a serious accident, injury—or worse.
How is such a major road hazard being left like this in the heart of Gulberg?
Authorities need to fix this immediately before someone gets seriously hurt.

My uncle had been admitted to the Cardiology Hospital for two days after suffering a heart attack. His ECG and echocardiogram were both abnormal, and his creatinine level was 2.37. The doctor said that his kidneys had failed, but my uncle was stable, conscious, and talking to everyone. His main issue was severe difficulty breathing.
After 6:00 PM, the doctors stopped providing him with treatment. My aunt called me and said that the doctors were not paying proper attention to him, so I went to the hospital at around 11:30 PM.
The doctor on duty was extremely rude. When I asked him to treat my uncle because he was struggling to breathe, he simply said, “Madam, his kidneys have failed,” and instructed the nurse to put him on oxygen.
I told my aunt that the doctor was behaving very rudely and that we would have to insist that my uncle receive proper treatment. I then returned home, but at 11:49 PM, my aunt called to tell me that my uncle had been taken to the ICU.
According to my aunt, the doctor had given my uncle a drip, after which he started vomiting. When she questioned the doctor about it, he allegedly threatened her, saying, “Your patient is critical. If you talk too much, I’ll have him taken and dumped in the ICU.”
The doctor then removed the drip himself and left. My uncle was subsequently placed on a ventilator and passed away at 12:36 AM.
I will never forgive that doctor for his behaviour and for the way he treated my uncle and our family during his final moments.
ANOTHER POLICE ENCOUNTER - EMPLOYER WHO CRUSHED CHILD WITH CAR GUNNED DOWN IN POLICE ENCOUNTER
Tauqir Nazir, the man accused of deliberately running over and crushing 15-year-old worker Waseem Abbas, has been gunned down in a police encounter.
Nazir had reportedly escaped from police custody after being arrested in the child’s murder case.
Police say he was later traced to Bahawalpur, where an encounter took place. During the exchange, Nazir was allegedly hit by gunfire from his own accomplice and passed away.
The original case had sparked outrage after CCTV footage reportedly showed young Waseem running for his life before being crushed by Nazir's car.

🚨 SCAM ALERT: iPhone 16 Pro Max Scam in Rawalpindi!
I listed my iPhone 16 Pro Max for sale, and a person contacted me on WhatsApp, introducing himself as Dr. Shahzad. He asked me to meet him at Hanif Medical Complex, claiming he was busy in the OT.
Trusting his profession, I went to the hospital. He asked me to reset my phone, then took it upstairs on the pretext of completing some paperwork. While filling out the details, I became suspicious and went looking for him, but he had disappeared with my iPhone without making any payment.
When I informed the hospital’s HR, instead of helping me, they treated me rudely and had security escort me out.
Can anyone help me recover my phone? Please comment below. If anyone has experienced a similar scam, please let me know.
BREAKING: Prime Suspect in Laiba Fraud Case Perishes in Police Encounter
Muhammad Nauman, the prime suspect accused of defrauding gold medallist student Laiba Ijaz of millions in a fake US scholarship and visa scheme, has been gunned down in an alleged police encounter in Islamabad.
Police say armed men attempted to free Nauman while he was being taken for evidence recovery, and he was struck by their gunfire.
His death marks a dramatic turn in a case that shocked Pakistan — but crucial questions remain: Who else was involved, and will Laiba’s family ever get full justice?

A SERIOUS QUALITY CONCERN REGARDING OLPER’S CHOCOLATE MILK!
Yesterday, I did my monthly grocery shopping, as I usually buy everything in bulk as a working mother. Being a regular consumer of Olper’s, a brand I trusted, I purchased chocolate milk carton for my two young sons, aged 4 and 5, to take to school.
LUCKILY This morning, my elder son had an event in his school and we were with him. When he took the first sip and immediately complained about the taste. I tasted it, I was horrified to find that the milk had thickened into a curd-like texture, with visible clots and an unusual consistency and smell.
I panicked, as my younger son is too little to understand or communicate such concerns properly. My husband and I rushed to his campus, and Alhamdulillah, we reached just in time during his break. He had only taken a sip, and the milk had the same curd-like texture.
Alhamdulillah, both my children were safe. I cannot thank Allah enough for protecting them. But as a mother, I cannot stop thinking about what could have happened if they had consumed the entire cartons.
A few important facts:
1. The carton was freshly opened this morning and it wasn’t event expired.
2. I refrigerated them immediately after bringing the groceries home last night.
3. Both cartons had visible milk clots and a curd-like texture.
4. The consistency and smell were clearly abnormal.
5. I have highlighted the DISTRIBUTOR COMPANY as well in one of the pictures.
My question to OLPERS is simple: How can this happen with a product meant for children? How can consumers trust the quality and safety of a brand when something like this happens?
We parents purchase these products believing they are safe for our children. This is not just about money; it is about our children's health and safety.
I urge Olper's Olper's quality assurance team to investigate this matter seriously and provide a proper explanation. No parent should have to experience this kind of panic over a product they trusted.

Today, at Ali Khan Autos, Waris Khan, Rawalpindi, approximately 20 people attacked us when we demanded the return of our scooty after what we believe was a deliberate delay. The confrontation began with a shove, followed by a physical attack on us.
My nose was broken, and my brother suffered an injury to his eye. My father was also injured. We have medical documentation from Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi, and photographs of our injuries.
We demand immediate police intervention, a fair investigation, registration of an FIR, and legal action against those responsible. No one is above the law, and no citizen should face violence for demanding the return of their property.
We urge senior police officials to take immediate notice and ensure our family's safety and justice.
Please share this post to bring attention to our case.

⚠️ CUSTOMER ALERT: MOBILE PLANET, HAFEEZ CENTRE LAHORE
I had been buying phones from Mobile Planet, Hafeez Centre for almost three years, largely because of their repeated claims that their devices are 100% authentic, unopened and unrepaired. My latest experience, however, completely shattered that trust.
I went to exchange my iPhone 14 Pro Max for an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Mobile Planet valued my phone at Rs. 180,000, and I paid an additional Rs. 115,000. Before buying, I specifically told them I wanted a phone that had never been opened or repaired, and I was verbally assured accordingly.
After reaching home, I decided to have the phone checked independently.
The technician’s response shocked me: according to him, the phone had been opened multiple times.
I then visited another 2–3 mobile repair shops, and according to them, the phone had indeed been opened.
I immediately returned to Mobile Planet. Despite their public claims about taking back opened or repaired phones, I was told to check my invoice. To my surprise, the guarantee that the phone was “unopened and unrepaired” had not been mentioned on the bill.
After around 30 minutes of arguments, they eventually agreed to take the phone back — but deducted another Rs. 5,000.
I accepted the loss just to close the matter.
My advice to mobile buyers: Never rely solely on verbal assurances, videos or reputation. Get expensive used phones independently inspected before paying, and if a seller promises that a device is unopened or unrepaired, get it written clearly on the invoice.
Sharing my personal experience so others can make a more informed decision.

I bought a jar of kitcy chocolate spread which was sealed. While having it we found a metal spring inside.
I claimed at the company's number but the customer care person refused saying it isn't possible.
Kindly beware. It was my first and worst experience.

I want to share an unpleasant experience I had at IDC Pharmacy, opposite Jinnah Hospital.
I urgently needed to use the restroom, so I politely asked the staff if I could use theirs. Unfortunately, they refused, saying that the washroom was not available for outsiders.
What made the experience even more disappointing was that, within the very same minute, a woman came in and asked to use the washroom, and the staff allowed her to do so.
I completely understand that a private establishment may have its own policies, but shouldn’t the same rules apply to everyone? If outsiders are not allowed to use the washroom, why was an exception made for one person but not for another?
Sometimes, a little kindness and equal treatment can make a huge difference, especially when someone is dealing with an urgent situation.
I’m sharing this experience to ask a simple question: Was this fair treatment, or was I wrong to expect the same courtesy?

HBL – Pensioner’s Account Blocked for One Month Despite Dispute Withdrawal.
My HBL account (Branch: Sialkot Circular Road – 0969) was blocked on 16 September 2026 due to a dispute allegation.
I contacted the person who lodged the complaint, and he admitted that it was a mistake. He immediately withdrew his application and provided me with an NOC and Clearance Letter.
As per HBL’s requirements, I submitted all the requested documents on 24 September 2026, including:
- E-Stamp
- NOC
- Clearance Letter
- Other party’s CNIC
- My own application and CNIC
I was told that I would receive a response within eight days. However, as of 16 October 2026, one full month has passed and there is still no resolution.
I have not even been provided with a proper complaint number. Instead, I am now being told to wait for another two months.
This is a chain dispute, and UBL resolved a similar complaint involving my colleague within just three days, while I am still waiting.
I am a pensioner, and this account is my only source of income. I am currently facing a severe financial crisis because I cannot access my funds. Unfortunately, neither the HBL helpline nor the branch is providing any meaningful assistance.
I have already submitted complaints through calls, the website, email, and other social media platforms, yet no concerned authority has taken notice of my case. I have also tried contacting the branch managers in Sialkot, but there has still been no response.
Is this how HBL treats its senior citizen customers?
I urgently request HBL management and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) to intervene and have my account restored without further delay.
PIA RECOVERS RS. 5 MILLION FROM EMPLOYEE FRAUD - STILL NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
PIA has reportedly recovered more than Rs. 5 million from over 20 employees accused of pocketing additional fees collected from passengers for premium, extra-legroom and bulkhead seats.
According to an internal audit, passengers were charged the extra amount, while records were allegedly manipulated to show those seats as standard — allowing the money to be diverted instead of reaching the airline.
PIA has now recovered Rs. 5,060,269 through salary deductions.
But here is the real issue:
If the fraud has been identified, the amount recovered and the employees involved established — why are they reportedly still serving in their positions?
Recovering the money is not accountability.
Accountability means disciplinary action, transparency and consequences strong enough to ensure that passengers are never treated as an easy source of illicit income again.
For an airline trying to rebuild public trust, this sends the wrong message.
When employee fraud is uncovered, recovery should be the beginning of accountability — not the end of it.

Leopards Courier Service (Pvt.) Ltd.
TRACKING ID: ID0582818802
I had a laptop shipped from Islamabad to Karachi on 14 October 2026. It was packed in multiple layers of bubble wrap and then encased in two separate boxes, with a third separate box for the charger to prevent the charger from coming into contact with the laptop.
I insured the laptop for PKR 50,000. I also had both an “INSURED” and a “FRAGILE” sticker placed prominently on the outermost box.
I received the parcel on Saturday, 17 October, at approximately 7:00 PM. The box looked as though it had been through a war zone. It had multiple large holes on both sides, almost as if a dog had gouged through the cardboard.
The moment I saw the condition of the box, I feared the worst and immediately recorded an unboxing video as evidence.
Despite the extensive packaging, Leopards somehow managed to:
1. Damage the 2K 165Hz, fully colour-accurate display panel.
2. Bend the metal top lid of the laptop.
3. Bend the metal palm rest and housing of the laptop.
4. Break the laptop bezel in four separate places.
5. Break the plastic bottom cover of the laptop, leaving visible see-through cracks.
I contacted Leopards on Saturday and was instructed to email all details of my complaint, along with supporting evidence, to their customer service email address. I was told that I would be “promptly contacted.”
Monday has now ended.
I have not received an email.
I have not received a complaint number or claim number.
I have not received a phone call.
Leopards also appears to have no proper messaging channel through which I can follow up on the complaint. There is no app or accessible customer support platform where I can track my complaint, communicate with an agent, or seek assistance regarding the insurance claim.
For a parcel that was clearly marked FRAGILE, was insured, and was packed with extraordinary care, the condition in which it was delivered is completely unacceptable.

I RESCUED AN INJURED KITTEN — THEN CAME THE RS. 10,000 DEMAND
Today, on a busy road in Islamabad, I saw a tiny kitten crawling helplessly between speeding cars and motorcycles.
She appeared to have been hit by a vehicle. She was conscious, but could barely walk and seemed to have suffered a serious injury.
I couldn’t drive away knowing she might be crushed by the next car.
I picked her up, placed her in my vehicle, and started looking for a veterinary clinic. Since I was near F-7, I contacted Pets and Vets Pawcare, explained the situation, and was asked to bring her in.
At the clinic, I was first told to purchase an injection from a nearby medical store. I agreed immediately.
Then I was asked to deposit Rs. 10,000 upfront for further treatment, including an X-ray and other procedures.
To be clear: I was not asking for free treatment.
Veterinary clinics have expenses. Medicines cost money. Doctors deserve to be paid. I was willing to contribute towards the kitten’s treatment.
But what left me disappointed was how quickly an act of rescue began to feel like a financial transaction.
When someone brings in a badly injured stray animal simply because they could not leave it to die on the road, shouldn’t compassion and emergency care come first?
Not every rescuer is wealthy.
Sometimes an ordinary person stops their car, risks their safety, picks up an injured animal, and spends from their own pocket simply because their conscience will not let them walk away.
If such people are immediately confronted with substantial upfront costs, how many will think twice the next time they see an injured animal?
That kitten needed treatment. She needed urgency. She needed mercy.
We understand that businesses need to survive.
But if compassion disappears the moment money enters the conversation, we need to ask ourselves:
WHERE IS HUMANITY HEADING?
This disturbing CCTV footage from Multan shows a 15-year-old child chased down and crushed by a car.
The men involved claimed that he was their house-help who had run away days earlier. After being hit, he was dragged onto the pavement, and the perpetrators fled the scene.
This is not “reckless driving” - the vehicle was deliberately used as a weapon. This is a child’s life - and the case must be investigated and prosecuted with the seriousness it deserves.
No influence. No compromise. No escape from accountability.
