I logged back into Twitter after a year just to try to reach out to @DisneyPlus. I've had a horrendous customer service experience and I'm trying to contact someone to make it right. How do I go about this?

Look, let’s get something clear: if you’re hosting a white elephant gift exchange, make it clear whether everyone should bring nice gifts or gag gifts. The person who brought Legos or a really nice blanket set doesn’t want your crappy singing pickle and swear word coloring book.
