🚨 Every monsoon, Vengambakkam residents face flooded homes, waterlogged roads & broken promises.
Repeated complaints, zero action!
We demand a permanent stormwater drainage solution before the next monsoon. Enough promises. Time for action!

🚨 P Vishwanathan (Higher Education Minister) is charging above 50 Lakh Bribe for a Registrar post in Universities & Institutions
This is getting scary @CMOTamilnadu
🚨 Every monsoon, Vengambakkam – Anuram Nagar & nearby layouts face the same flood issue. No proper rainwater outflow channel causes water stagnation and enters homes. Multiple complaints to authorities, but only assurances. Request permanent stormwater solution before next rain.
Despite multiple complaints submitted to the District Collector, Chief Minister's Grievance Portal, Rural Development Department, and Highways Department, the response has remained the same:
"We will resolve it before the next monsoon."

I think unless and until tambaram corporation is fully dismissed from a political and governance perspective nothing will change. @CMOTamilnadu@MawsTamilNadu@tnmaws@sarath0828@UpdatesChennai . We need a complete revamp of the corporation starting from the social media platform handling to political landscape. People are already fed up with making repeated complaints which are unaddressed for a long time.
@CMOTamilnadu this is not the change that we are expecting. What if the banner fell on some living beings and caused untoward incidents. Please move your banner and posters to social media 🙏@TVKVijayHQ@BussyAnand .
Garbage burning in our Mappedu Vengambakkam Road is exposing 200 families to toxic smoke & hazardous air pollution. Children, elderly residents & the community are at risk. Immediate action needed to stop this public health hazard.

Thanks to our honourable Minister and MLA for asking cadres not to place posters and banners. I hope this is the start of change that we are looking for. Need an end to ugly poster and banner culture in our country @sarath0828@updateschennai

**Death sentence has been awarded to all 9 policemen in the #Sathankulam case!**
In this case, the key and rare evidence that led to such a strong verdict came from **one woman**!
A woman with a conscience! Head Constable #Revathi, who could not bear to watch the inhuman and brutal acts committed by her fellow police officers and chose to become a direct eyewitness. Because of her, this entire incident has come out strongly.
In the initial stages of the investigation, Head Constable Revathi appeared before Magistrate Bharathidasan...
"Sir, I will tell you everything that happened, without going against my conscience...
I am the mother of two young daughters... Can you assure me protection for my children and for my job?" she asked. Once assurance was given, she poured out everything...
"On the day of the incident, I was on night duty. Inspector Sridhar, SI Balakrishnan, SI Raghu Ganesh, and constables Murugan, Muthuraja, along with Friends of Police personnel, were all there. All of them brutally beat the elderly man and his son...
SI Balakrishnan started beating them first. Then Inspector Sridhar and SI Raghu Ganesh together made the father and son sit on the floor and kept hitting them with whatever lathis they could find. They also stomped on their #genitals and wherever else with their shoe-clad feet. Both of them screamed in agony. The more they screamed, the more these people beat them," she testified.
They beat them continuously but with short breaks in between. When the father and son were in a semi-conscious, exhausted state, Revathi could not bear it and asked Jayaraj, "Do you need anything, sir?" When he asked for something to drink, she brought coffee and gave it to him. While he was drinking it, Inspector Sridhar knocked the coffee away and continued beating them mercilessly. Later, Revathi gave them water. Amid these brutal psychopaths, Revathi stood as a beacon of humanity!
In the next stage of cruelty, they stripped #Bennix naked, made him lie face down on a table, tied his hands and legs separately with the help of Friends of Police, and beat him savagely. They did the same to #Jayaraj. Unable to bear their screams, Revathi walked out of the room. In the second round of beating, instead of lathis, they used #iron pipes.
The extent of this brutality can be understood from what the postmortem staff said... For both father and son, there was no skin left on their backs — only flesh was visible. They had been beaten so badly that the skin was completely peeled off... Such extreme cruelty! Blood and fluid were oozing continuously from their bodies... They died one after the other in that condition.
In this case, Revathi's direct eyewitness testimony shattered all the lies told by the others! In particular, it exposed the false claims made by the then #ChiefMinister #EdappadiPalaniswami that both died due to #fever or #ill health. Revathi's humane and direct testimony proved that #EdappadiPalaniswami is a #liar!
It is because of Revathi that we can still believe good human beings exist among us! Revathi is a source of comfort! Salute to Revathi at this moment!
Among the many terrible incidents during #EdappadiPalaniswami's regime, the major three that stand out are: this #Sathankulam double murder, the shooting of 13 people in #Thoothukudi, and the murder and robbery in #KodaiNadu. Today's verdict is not just punishment for those 9 policemen — it also exposes #Edappadi as a #liar!
Salute to the direct eyewitness Revathi! Her humanitarian testimony and courageous act deserve an award!

Madam, @rskiruthikadevi
Sir, As you prepare to represent our constituency, we would like to bring to your attention a pressing issue the roadside dumpyard causing severe health and sanitation problems for residents. We hope this will be taken up as a priority.
@Mappeducitizen
@ECISVEEP@tnpoliceoffl@COPTBM Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally bring to your immediate attention a serious lapse in the implementation of the Election Commission’s transfer directives in the Selaiyur jurisdiction.
Despite the standing orders from the Election Commission of Tamil Nadu regarding the mandatory transfer of police officials ahead of the upcoming elections, the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) of Selaiyur has notably not been transferred.
I wish to highlight the following grave concerns regarding his continued presence in this post:
Prolonged Tenure: The officer has remained in this specific jurisdiction for nearly 10 years, which is a direct violation of the administrative protocols intended to ensure impartial policing and fair elections.
Political Bias: There is visible evidence of the officer favoring one specific political party, compromising the neutrality required of a high-ranking police official during the sensitive election period.
Collusion with Criminal Elements: Alarmingly, individual with active non-bailable FIRs is being allowed to roam freely under his protection, posing a direct threat to the law and order situation and the safety of voters.
The continued stay of this officer in Selaiyur undermines the Election Commission's mandate for a "free and fair" election process. His presence creates an environment of intimidation and unfair advantage for a particular political group.
I earnestly request you to investigate this matter immediately and ensure the forthright transfer of the ACP of Selaiyur to a non-sensitive post, as per the EC guidelines. Furthermore, I urge you to direct the concerned authorities to execute the pending non-bailable warrants against the individuals mentioned.
Looking forward to your swift action in this regard.
Thanks,
B Santhanam,
