Besides camerawork in the field, Reviewing each others work is a big part of the training. Peer reviews can provide some of the most insightful feedback, and help us develop stronger work.
The Vital Documentary Workshop will guide trainees through the planning, shooting, and editing of a short video project, highlighting those aspects of the process that are unique to documentaries, such as vérité (observational) shooting, interviewing, and using archival material.

Sunday's stakeholders Dialogue and Graduation Ceremony of our trainees at Kasese Secondary School got cancelled by police .
Nevertheless Native Voices succeeded the mission: more than fifty trainees from the Rwenzori region received their certificate.

The crew is now working on their final film projects.
After a week of Pre-Production: Scriptwriting, budgeting, casting, rehearsals, scouting shoot locations, scheduling for production etc, we are getting ready so filming can begin.
Today is a last day of rehearsals and tomorrow morning , all 5 groups will be ready to film.
