📝 Study - The Weight of Sin

I will be diving into what Scripture has to say on sin through the lens of Dante's Purgatory. I read this book recently and now doing a deep study to better my own life and removing the immense weight of the Seven Deadly sins outlined.

📖 Classic Read - The Count of Monte Cristo

I have decided to tackle this thick classic at last. I am sure it will be well worth the time!

John 3:5 records Jesus telling Nicodemus that he must be born of water and the Spirit. This has been interpreted several ways:

1. Water Baptism + The Holy Spirit
2. OT metaphor for spiritual cleansing
3. Physical Birth ("water") + Spiritual Birth

@archie_lochie I think consistent quality reading and being a doer of the Word is what makes you a serious Christian. At some point you will read it all.
