I then went into the support log in where before it did show a due balance and it no longer shows that balance. I explained that to them and they still said that they haven’t received it and then when I explained that they hung up on me

@PS_Support_US @PlayStation I have been trying for days to get my account back. I have never had an issue before and I’ve been on and off the phone with your support team several times and today they actually hung up me. I was not rude or insulting or anything.

I undid the dispute, I have emails and bank statements saying the dispute was reversed and the charge was made. I still can't get into my account over 24 hours from that happening. I call to figure out why they says they haven't received the payment.

I tried to get a refund for a game I didn’t want (first time I’ve ever done this) PlayStation didn’t let. So I tried disputing the charge (never done this for anything either) then ps suspended me for doing it. I asked what I could do they said undo the dispute or pay the balance

I’m sorry but #JujutsuKaisenCursedClash is just bad.I only got it because JJK is my favorite anime so I was hoping it wasnt as bad as it looks but it’s bad.The ults are lame for most characters,the moves/gameplay feels clunky a lot of the time,and it’s just overall disappointing
