Update #2: @BitMartExchange finally responded through live chat and email. My pending withdrawal is still under review, but there’s still no ETA. The live chat closed immediately after sending the message. New withdrawal requests are now instantly rejected and refunded.

🚨 @BitMartExchange I bought 20.6B QUBIC (~10K USD) and tried to withdraw before the shutdown announcement. It was rejected and refunded. My new withdrawal is stuck in Created with no TXID or processing. Ticket submitted.

@mrbvdon @BitMartExchange That’s absolutely true! I’ve used BitMart several times over the past few years, and I suppose I became too comfortable with them. It’s really unfortunate timing, though.

I hope @BitMartExchange begins processing withdrawals soon.

My first withdrawal was refunded after timing out. I submitted a new withdrawal (TID: 31965881) over 24 hours ago, but it’s still stuck in Created with no TXID. My withdrawal limit has also been significantly reduced. Please look into this. 😔

@Okechukwu6060 @BitMartExchange Just to add some context, I don’t usually keep crypto on exchanges. I transferred funds to BitMart to buy $QUBIC and tried withdrawing immediately after, before the official shutdown announcement. Just incredibly unfortunate timing. 😔
