Dear Lucian, our weekends at the border are easy with you next to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.π
We're glad to see you being part of our big family of Volunteers from Sculeni border.β€οΈ
Saturday... It has been #100days since we are at the #infopointSculeni to support refugees who are running from an unfair war (like all wars).
Volunteers are present every hour at the Infopoint. But if it's Saturday morning, Lucian is always here.
Lucian is a volunteer from @RedCrossRomania from Iasi. At the end of every week we know we can count on him. He is very involved and sensitive with the refugees, but also with the volunteers. He's like the friend we always want.π€
DmStudio made an amazing photo corner, where children were able to print their memories.
Thank you AlexTop Tour for transporting our many guests, and many thanks to all of our volunteers for getting involved in a successful main event!
#Standforukraine#InternationalChildrensDay
For International Children's Day, our group from #infopointsculeni with the help of NGO's "Farmecul VieΘii", "Save Prut river" and "La RΔscruce" organised probably the biggest charity event for Ukrainian children, who had the opportunity to make friends from Victoria community.
Many delicious thanks for our chefs: @m_pozderca for cooking the Romanian menu, Mrs. Angela for cooking the Ukrainian menu, and all the kitchen staff, who cooked for over 200 guests, most of them children.
Event Still Romania was responsible with the friendly atmosphere for kids.
Thank you our dear friends from Ukraine. ππ
We will stand for you as long as is needed. And also, we are looking forward to meet in Odessa.
#StandWithUkraine
After a short visit at the #infopointSculeni, yesterday, at "Carmen Sylva" Aula of "Gheorghe Asachi" Tehnical University, mr. Andrei Babenko-Odessa Regional Council deputy and priest Oleg Petrov from Vinogradar, Odessa, thanked our volunteers from Sculeni border.
We are honoured for your appreciation. We will continuously stand for Ukrainian refugees.
We are glad to be helpful at the #infopointSculeni but also in some other activities we are organising in IaΘi.
We would like to thank our volunteers for everything they are doing. π
In every community there is always a person who you can call "friend" from the bottom of your heart.
In our group of volunteers from #infopointsculeni this person is Adrian.
You will be surprised to know that at the end of the week, he solved the problem with the location of the Infopoint, that he started the Romanian School for Ukrainian people, and he just delivered in a record time a transport with necessities.
