My historical progression on what it takes to lead a great company:
In my 20s, I thought it was all about product.
In my 30s, I thought it was all about sales.
In my 40s, I'm realizing it's all about great storytelling.
Don't get me wrong. I 🧡 @figma and value the experimentation they're doing to add more and more.
But I can sense it. It's happening. Their UI is "Adobe Creative Suite"ing. And that carries a usability cost.

Branding: People should either be for or against you. You have to stand for something.
Go To Market: You can’t be everything to everyone. Go deep not wide. Find your 100 true fans. Expand from there.

If you’re a non-technical founder / PM etc. don’t jump into a coding bootcamp as your first step into becoming “technical”.
What you need is systems thinking. Learning to think in diagrams, states, parameters, variables, interfaces etc.
