Several times in the past year alone Indian airlines flying to or from Gulf countries have had to stop over in Karachi when passengers onboard have reported medical emergencies

And never once did I see anyone from Pakistan ask the Government of Pakistan why it is allowing an aircraft from a country that actively funds and trains terrorist organizations attacking and killing Pakistanis to land at a Pakistani airport
