@chihirosbeard Oh and when you say you stop drinking, how many hours before sleeping? And how many times do you pee before sleeping, how far apart?
I stop drinking by 10, pee, then pee again at midnight, and then sleep.
@chihirosbeard Also take up meditation. Meditation is really about practicing the art of clearing your mind. When stray thoughts pop up, you just brush them aside and empty your mind again. Practicing that every day helps you do it even when you're not meditating.
@chihirosbeard Change your Friday afternoons. Use the whole afternoon to write down everything that needs doing, plan timetable schedule out the entire next week. By assigning times and days to things, you don't need to think about them on the weekend, because you'll be doing them on Tues etc.
