@VanMoof Kom op, mensen. Onlangs mijn VanMoof opgehaald (goed gerepareerd deze keer overigens, dat wel), moet ik weer terug ivm een elektronisch probleem, zie ik dat de wachttijd voor een reparatieafspraak is opgelopen tot meer dan een maand! We gebruiken onze fietsen dagelijks😕

@VanMoof Die flimsy lipjes waarmee die kettingkast in elkaar geklikt hoort te worden zijn niet stevig en blijven niet overal vastzitten. Het is een kwestie van tijd voordat deze er ook afvalt. Hier is een filmpje, dat geeft wellicht wat meer duidelijkheid.

@VanMoof Vandaag gerepareerde fiets opgehaald, was superblij, fietste weer prima, maar bij thuiskomst bleek de nieuwe kettingkast los te zitten. Ik had er juist een nieuwe kettingkast op laten zetten omdat die oude eraf was gevallen! Dit is teleurstellend. 😞
