Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon met with Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo on Saturday to inspect projects President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. committed during a visit in February, particularly under the administration’s Oplan Kontra Baha program.
