@VirginMENA can you explain why your customer service is so bad? Bought headphones as a gift, the person opened them and they’re not working. Your store refused to simply swap them but have sent them away for up to 21 days!! How is this ok? You have my 900aed, I have no gift?!
@shopDisney appalling customer service. You choose the worst delivery company @Hermesparcels and refuse to take responsibility for a lost child’s Christmas gift. I have now had to reorder and pay twice ! Sort yourselves out Disney!
@etihad for 3 days I’ve been calling to book a flight with my travel bank. The money you have from a flight you cancelled! 37minutes today and no answer. 3 days the same. Is this acceptable customer service?
