@virginmedia 2/2 which means more work for your team, more wasted time for me and an unhappy customer. Not sure why it is so difficult to so something so simple. When I get my letter, I’ll set up a new direct debit with the account I wanted it to change to. Please make this easier!
@virginmedia I tried and they told me to download the app. I did download the app and when I went to change the direct debit, the app just takes you to the website where it’s not possible to change it! So I have cancelled my existing direct debit with my bank, assuming you’ll write to me 1/2
