People who are in immigration detention and those facing removal are now struggling to find legal representation. Legal Aid is unable to issue certificates to the private bar and the clinics are already overwhelmed and over capacity. Lives are being placed at risk. @fordnation

@thrillerkb @fordnation While I agree that there needs to be change in the system, I would like to see real consultations with stakeholders and careful planning. When people have poor representation, the consequences can be (and often are) worse than if the individual had been a self-rep.
