Rodney #Glassman and Jeremy (grey bubbles) publicly accused me of extortion. I believe I was falsely accused in retaliation. No criminal charges have ever been filed against me, and I have never been contacted by law enforcement regarding any criminal investigation. These messages were sent to me by the other person involved and, in my opinion, are relevant to evaluating the credibility of those accusations. People can compare those accusations with these messages, review the available evidence, and draw their own conclusions.

Calling serious allegations “disgusting lies” before the evidence is examined is premature. The public deserves transparency and an honest examination of the evidence—not labels or attempts to silence discussion. In my opinion, attacking a political opponent over this looks more like a deflection than addressing the underlying issues. The public should review the available evidence and reach its own conclusions. I’m open to respectful questions about my firsthand knowledge…

I was doing design and concept ideas, tons of hands on work, and those are just some of the many confirmations that I was involved giving the approval on decisions like a CEO would… this doesn’t show anything about the actual work done just shows my involvement in the company…

I was made to live at their residence to save on expenses etc, and a lot was discussed in person or over the phone and reconfirmed over text often. I played a huge role in deciding and approving strategies and equipment purchases which led to huge growth with my labor reinvested instead of getting paid during those years…

Michael Von Gold previously worked for Rodney Glassman’s younger brother, Jeremy, and became acquainted with the Glassman family. Von Gold and Jeremy Glassman subsequently had a legal dispute that resulted in a settlement agreement.

Von Gold has signed a sworn declaration, attesting that, “On or around, August 2022, at Burning Man, Jeremey [sic] described to me behavior that suggests he was severely abused, physically and sexually, by his older brother Rodney.”

In February 2025, Von Gold had a telephone conversation about the situation with Joseph Nazarian, a lawyer in California who is friends with Jeremy Glassman.

During the recording, Nazarian confirms that Rodney Glassman “raped” his younger brother.

Jeremy, through his lawyers, denies that Rodney Glassman sexually assaulted him.

During the recent Arizona Attorney General debate, @rodneyglassman publicly described me as a “disgruntled former employee,” accused me of “extortion,” and suggested that criminal charges had been filed.

I dispute those statements as false.

My dispute with Jeremy #Glassman is not a simple employer-employee disagreement. We were business partners in ventures involving Glass & Gold and related businesses, and Rodney Glassman’s attempt to recast that relationship as merely employer-employee is a misleading distortion of the facts. For years, I helped build and grow these ventures, generating substantial value, yet I contend I was improperly classified, underpaid, and denied compensation and interests tied to my contributions. Significant issues remain unresolved, including compensation, accounting discrepancies, business records, ownership interests, and a disputed settlement agreement. These are legitimate business disputes supported by documentation and evidence, not extortion.

To my knowledge, no criminal charges have been filed against me, and any suggestion otherwise appears to stem from false allegations made to damage my reputation. I am requesting that #RodneyGlassman retract and correct these statements, and I reserve all rights and remedies arising from their publication.

The relevant evidence, court filings, financial records, and witness testimony will speak for themselves. I will continue to pursue my rights through lawful legal channels.

I have no idea what @rodneyglassman is referring to when he accuses me of “extortion.” All communications at issue were sent by counsel in connection with civil claims and legal remedies arising from a business dispute. To date, I have not been contacted by law enforcement, served with criminal charges, or provided any information that would explain his accusation. If any allegations have been made, I welcome the opportunity to review and formally dispute them through counsel or the appropriate legal process.
