@Vodacom A complaint pending for 6 months, admitting that there is a fault with the tower in my area I get told today to go and buy a booster. An added unnecessary cost to put on a contract customer when you cannot provide a service Disgraceful .

@Vodacom111 Where do I start. Trying to get a billing error sorted out for over a month and have complained about dropped calls since March. Advised it’s been resolved when absolutely nothing done and every call I receive is dropped so had to reopen fault and nothing being resolved .

@Vodacom111 The worst customer service experience. Call center agents that drop calls when they don’t know how to/or don’t want to assist and an account and billing department that does not have a clue what they are doing absolutely shocking.
