@max_gagliardi Yes. This is how I learned to read before kindergarten. My mom read Little House on the Prairie books to me at age 3 & 4, "baby" books were not stimulating or interesting. Aim for books just above their level, not at or below, and they will suck it up like sponges.
@linda16675729@MissB53 Yep I don't think the pace will continue, a lot of that was water weight. But I've figured out what my body wants. Shelli talks about a glucose/ketone meter in her book, I think that is the most valuable tool I've used in this health journey.
@slimvnsn He settled immediately and fell asleep. The feeling I had, knowing that I gave him such peace and comfort…. And I was right, it was the last time.
@slimvnsn The last time my youngest fell asleep in my arms, he was 2 and sick. I was making dinner, my hubby was holding him but he wanted Mama. I thought “what if this is the last time he wanted me?” Told hubby to fend for himself, took my baby and snuggled with him on the couch.
@CaryKelly11 Went looking this morning. Where would I find them - deli? Freezer? Granted, the store was crazy busy so I didn't spend a lot of time, but I didn't see them....
@afoidinlove Nobody told me how funny my kids would be. They made me laugh every day. They're both adults now and our only regret is not having a couple more.
@YogaMalas I did a fast that was originally going to be 24 hrs, but it was so easy I turned it into 48. I felt fabulous. I’m carnivore and mostly eat OMAD anyway, which is prob why it was so easy.
@CaryKelly11@oregonwoman@MissB53 Thank you! Between your book and blog, and Shelli’s (queen of carni) book and recipes, I think I’ve got this healthy eating thing down. 😊
