@WarringtonBuses 16:49 from Lymm Cross to Warrington, fails to turn up again! When checking the tracker 5b is on a completely different route!! This doesn’t represent a professional service and is typical of the way Warrington buses treats residents of South Warrington.

@marksandspencer Not sure about this new M and S sparks scheme. I purchased £40 worth of goods and then ordered an item online for £39 (as you can’t get anything in store these days) only to find this hasn’t been credited to my account. Much prefer the 20% of items.

@thetrainline please advise how we can claim for 2 severely delayed trains. First train was delayed by over 30 mins and second leg of journey from Sheffield, we had two trains cancelled. We should have reached Lincoln at 13:58 and we arrived after 16:00, over 2 hrs late.

@northernassist shambolic service; two trains to Lincoln - one at 12:43 and one at 13:37 cancelled. Now have to sit around until 14:44 at a very cold station at Sheffield. Northern, you need to get your act together. Last time I book a train involving Northern.
